Functional film for container
Non-stretch polyester film that we independently developed for stretch-draw-ironing cans. It is also being developed for resin decorative steel sheets.
Features
For containers
This film for laminated steel sheets was independently developed by us for use in the drawn steel cans (TULC) manufactured by Toyo Seikan Co., Ltd.
- It uses polyester resin for its low flavor adsorption, as it maintains the original taste of the contents.
- To take advantage of the high workability of TULC, it uses a non-stretch film that shows high stretching capabilities at temperatures above the glass-transition point.
- We produce both clear and white films for the inner (clear) and outer (white) walls of cans.
For resin decorative steel sheets
This film was developed for our own non-vinyl chloride decorative steel sheets by adapting our film-forming technology for functional films for containers.
- For use with our own decorative steel sheets for interior construction materials such as unit bathroom and partition components, and for electrical appliances such as refrigerators
