Characteristics
When bonding metal and resin, we provide in advance a post-treatment layer that acts as an adhesive layer.
The adhesive layer application process is omitted
Cost reduction, productivity improvement, and environmental friendliness
Adhesion to resins
Adhesion to resins such as PP, PVC, and non-stretching nylon.
Test Method
The following two samples were thermo-compression bonded to PP, PVC, and non-stretch nylon at 200°C, and peel strength measured with T-peel test.
